Stacking Plate Red

ReptiFish handcrafts all stacking plates in 3 different sizes.

• Stacking plate red small: 14.5 x 12 x 5cm - 2 breeding caves underneath and 1 breeding cave on top
• Stacking plate red medium: 22 x 12.5cm - 3 breeding caves underneath and 2 breeding caves on top
• Stacking plate red large: 32 x 12.5cm - 4 breeding caves underneath and 3 on top

The stacking plates are handcrafted in our own studio in the Netherlands. All ReptiFish stacking plates are made of ceramic, which is safe for humans, animals, and the environment. The stacking plates are available in 3 different sizes.

Aquarium

The red stacking plates are designed to be used in combination with our other breeding caves, cavity stone caves, and catfish caves. With the stacking plates, you can accommodate many breeding caves in a relatively small space, and the breeding caves will not roll because of this. Because the plates are shaped so that the breeding caves are in the curve, space is created between the breeding caves, which is perfect as a hiding place for various L-numbers and fish species.

Furthermore, you can cover the stacking plates with mosses and plants to make them even more natural. Plants adhere well to the ceramic due to the open structure of the ceramic. The stacking plates are also perfect for use as a terrace or hiding place. All ReptiFish products are safe for humans, animals, and the environment. The color of the stacking plate is baked into the clay, so the color will not fade like painted aquarium decorations. Furthermore, the ceramic decorations have an extremely long lifespan.

• The small stacking plates have 2 waves, which means there can be 2 breeding caves underneath and 1 on top.
• The medium stacking plates have 3 waves, which means 3 breeding caves can be underneath and 2 on top.
• The large stacking plates have 4 waves, which means there can be 4 breeding caves underneath and 3 on top.

Terrarium

The stacking plates are also usable in terrariums to create elevations, as terraces, or to create a ladder, for example. Because there are multiple waves in the stacking plate, it is a perfect ladder for various reptiles and rodents.

Sustainable ceramic

Our ceramic is 100% safe for humans, animals, and the environment. The stacking plates have a long lifespan and are handmade from ceramic. Because the color is baked into the clay, the color will never fade. This also makes it easy to clean. Cleaning can be easily done with a soft sponge and warm water.
