What is the delivery time?

We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. The delivery time depends on where the order has to be shipped to.

What kind of packaging will my order be shipped in?

We’re committed to sustainability, so your order will mostly be shipped in recycled boxes. We take care to ensure your items are safely packaged while being mindful of the environment!

Can I return a product?

Yes, absolutely! We’re happy to accept returns as long as the products are in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. You must also let us know if you’d like to make a return.

Who pays the return costs?
